Stephanie started off her career within the Veterinary Industry in 2015 as a Veterinary Receptionist; later that year, she pursued her Veterinary Nurse training and went on to qualify in 2017. Stephanie is very proud to be a Registered Veterinary Nurse and loves all aspects of her job role.
Stephanie lives in North Norfolk with her partner Charlie and his daughter. They spend most of their time outside in the countryside with their menagerie of animals.

Amy Harris
Patient Care Assistant
Amy started working at The Old Golfhouse Watton in July 2023, after working in the same job role for another CVS practice for over a year. Amy aspires to go into her Vet Nurse training in the future, after building up experience and knowledge within practice.
When not at work, Amy spends her time split between Photographing Professionally at Equine events for her Sister’s business, and competing at breed shows with some of her family’s Welsh Ponies, mainly her pride and joy, Jessie, who is now 25 years old. Amy also has 3 beautiful house cats, Hubert, Bessie and Pumpkin, so there’s definitely no time for free time in my life!

Charlotte Hill
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Charlotte joined The Old Golfhouse team in March 2023, returning after building up her experience and knowledge in various practices and veterinary nursing roles. Charlotte is passionate about her career in veterinary nursing and building her skills as part of The Old Golfhouse team. She has a keen interest in animal behaviour and making our patients visit to the vets as stress free as possible.
When Charlotte is not working she enjoys spending time with her 1yr old son Archie, and days out with her family and two Labradors Nora and Maisie, enjoying everything Norfolk has to offer. She also enjoys reading and watching documentaries about different parts of the world especially everything to do with Mount Everest and mountaineering.

Sally Linghorn RVN
Senior RVN, Head of Dispensary at Watton OGH
Before relocating to Norfolk in Autumn 2022, Sally had worked in a variety of small animal first opinion and referral practices in Kent (including a new MiNightVet hospital in 2021 to continue a keen interest in inpatient care), after qualifying as an RVN in 2019. Her special interests include wound management and communication within practice.
She lives with her husband Tim, Henry the Working Cocker Spaniel, and 5 cats including a very ‘characterful’ Cornish Rex called Fig. She enjoys a proper coffee at any given opportunity, especially during a mooch around Norwich.

Head Nurse at Thetford and Brandon
Jo started working at The Old Golfhouse in October 2006, qualified in 2009 and became head nurse in 2012. She loves all aspects of her job, especially patient care and nurse clinics.
Jo lives locally with her two young children, two cats called Fizz and Rosie, Paddy a Red Setter and Cheddar the hamster. In her spare time Jo loves being out and about with her family.

Ellie Longshaw NCertAnaesth
Head Nurse at Watton and Attleborough
Ellie trained with The Old Golfhouse back in 2014 and re-joined the group in 2022 as Head Nurse of Watton and Attleborough. Ellie holds a certificate in anaesthesia but enjoys all aspects of veterinary care.
Ellie lives close to the North Norfolk coast so outside of work enjoys walks with her dachshund Daisy and her partner Chris, enjoying good food and socialising with friends and family.

Claire Harvey RVN
Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse
Claire joined The Old Golfhouse in 2013 having previously worked at another local practice for 24 years. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing, but has a particular interest in helping clients to manage chronic and age related illnesses in their pets.
Claire lives with her partner Nige and cat Barry. Outside of work she enjoys walking, live music and real ale.

Samantha Harvey RVN
Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse
Sam has been working in general practice since 2007 and joined The Old Golfhouse Group in 2011. She enjoys all aspects of her job but has a keen interest in animal weight management and dentistry. Sam won ‘Veterinary Nurse of the Year’ for CVS in 2019.
In her spare time, Sam enjoys training her dogs in agility and trick training. Sam lives at home with her partner, they share their home with Norman, a Bull Terrier, Mabel a Working Sheepdog and two ginger cats, Kenwyn and Beans.

Emma Newey RVN

Emma has worked for The Old Golfhouse since January 1997. She started as a trainee nurse and qualified as a veterinary nurse in summer 1999.
In 2013 she was added to the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) list of veterinary nurses, having passed the ISFM certificate in feline nursing with distinction.
Emma currently works at our Brandon surgery four days a week where she does a variety of nurse consults.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown up children. She has two cats called Mimi and Kiki.

Hannah Pattinson RVN
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Hannah has been working at The Old Golfhouse Vets since 2018. Clients will usually see her at either the Watton or Attleborough sites, where she often offers nurse clinics which can involve anything from clipping claws to second vaccinations and Healthy Pet Club 6 month checks.
Hannah has a particular interest in feline behaviour and emergency and critical care, which is probably not surprising as she has 1 dog and 6 cats at home!

Abby Murdoch
Student Veterinary Nurse
Abby joined The Old Golfhouse team in March 2018 as a receptionist in our Brandon branch, in October 2020 she applied to become a Student Veterinary Nurse and was successful.
In January 2021 she started her Veterinary Nursing Diploma at Dick White Academy and is really enjoying the course so far. Abby can’t wait to become a qualified Veterinary Nurse by summer 2023 and continue to help all our clients’ wonderful pets.
At home she has a Labrador called Narla, a cat called Dink and a rabbit called Ping, who she adopted from the practice as a stray. Abby enjoys walking with Narla and her family and is so grateful to live in such a stunning area.

Cameron Rose
Student Veterinary Nurse
Cameron started working at The Old Golfhouse in January 2021, before this she was living in Greece working with a charity to rescue and provide medical care for stray cats. Cameron studied Animal Welfare and Behaviour, she would like to become a Vet Nurse.
Cameron loves the team that she is part of and all of the amazing pets she gets to meet every day.

Amelia Mitchell
Patient Care Assistant
Amelia has worked at The Old Golfhouse vets since September 2019, initially starting as a receptionist and is now a Patient Care Assistant (PCA). Amelia loves her job as a PCA being able to meet and handle all sorts of animals and learning new things every day. She would love to continue her journey here and to one day, hopefully become an RVN.
In her spare time Amelia loves to spend time with her partner and daughter going on adventures with their dogs. Amelia also has a Chameleon called Freddie and a Crested Gecko called Echo.
